How to ask

To ask us to delete your information, email or call us (+52 998 353 4193 or support@qtana.services) from the email address or phone number on your account and say "Delete my data".

Include your name and the phone number or email you used with us. If you write from a different contact, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything.

What we delete

Your contact details (name, email, phone), saved addresses and properties, your notes and preferences, your message history with Qtana Cleaning (SMS, WhatsApp and customer portal), the photos you sent us, and your customer portal access.

What we may keep

Invoices, payments and tax records, only for as long as the law requires us to keep them.

A minimal record that you asked not to be contacted (your number and the date), so we do not message you again by mistake.

How long it takes

We confirm we received your request and reply within 20 days. If the request applies, we complete the deletion within the following 15 days and tell you when it is done.

WhatsApp and other apps

Deleting your data from our systems does not remove messages already on your phone or in WhatsApp. Use your WhatsApp or messaging app for that; WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms with its own privacy policy.

If you only want to stop receiving messages, reply STOP by SMS or on WhatsApp.
